Dagaz Vineyard

Dagaz, the rune of new beginnings

Marco Puyo, founding partner of Viña DAGAZ, began exploring the diverse terroirs of the Colchagua Valley in 1994, crafting wines from most of the valley’s subregions for the wineries he worked with. In 2005, while searching among the most distinguished origins he had encountered, he discovered a truly unique terroir in Pumanque.

Winemaker’s Notes:
Brilliant ruby red color. On the nose, it shows high aromatic intensity with vibrant red fruits, particularly sour cherry, and mineral notes reflecting the granite-based soils of the vineyard. On the palate, it shows great energy and bright acidity. It is fresh, vibrant, with smooth tannins and a long, persistent finish.
